1.8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS: individuals or legal entities contracted or engaged by SNB Fund to provide operational, technological, payment processing, communication, hosting, administrative, accounting, legal, or other support services.

3. Acceptance of Terms
3.1. By accessing or using the WEBSITE, the USER automatically agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use and by the Privacy Policy of SNB Fund.

4. Nature of SNB Fund's Activities
4.1. SNB Fund is a nonprofit organization created to support charitable, educational, community, religious, humanitarian, or mission-related purposes in accordance with its organizational mission and applicable law.

If a campaign is fully funded, unavailable, canceled, changed, or no longer feasible, SNB Fund may redirect the donation to a similar charitable purpose or to its general mission, in accordance with applicable nonprofit rules and donor restrictions.
5.4. Donation receipts, tax acknowledgments, or contribution confirmations may be issued when applicable and according to SNB Fund's internal procedures and applicable law.
5.5. SNB Fund does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. DONORS should consult their own tax or legal advisors regarding the deductibility, classification, or reporting of donations.
5.6. Donations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of processing error, duplicate transaction, fraud, or other circumstances determined by SNB Fund at its discretion and in accordance with applicable law and payment processor policies.
6. Programs, Applications, and Beneficiary Support
6.1. SNB Fund may make available applications, forms, programs, grants, scholarships, aid opportunities, community projects, training, resources, or other forms of support.
6.2. Submission of an application, form, request, or inquiry does not guarantee approval, funding, participation, selection, assistance, or receipt of any benefit.

7. Website Content
7.1. The WEBSITE may include institutional information, articles, videos, images, reports, campaign descriptions, impact updates, donation pages, forms, event information, educational materials, testimonials, and other nonprofit-related content.

23. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

23.2.
