We fund four specific things. Each one removes a different barrier, and each page below states plainly what the barrier is and what a given amount actually pays for.
Choose where to give
Two of these projects fund access to training — scholarships and translation for the DNA program. The other two fund infrastructure for local churches — a digital school and live translation. They are complementary: training a leader is of limited use if their church has no way to deliver what they learned, and a platform is of limited use to a leader nobody trained.
Sponsor DNA Scholarships
Remove cost as the reason a pastor cannot get leadership training.
Leadership training is priced for churches that can already afford it, which reliably excludes the pastors who would benefit most. A scholarship covers a leader's complete 12-month DNA Mentorship — live sessions, guidance for their own congregation, books and platform access — at no cost to them. Church bundles cover a whole leadership team, because a single trained leader inside an untrained team rarely survives the transition.

Fund DNA Translation
Create the curriculum in languages where it does not exist at all.
Every language the DNA curriculum does not exist in is a region where the program cannot be offered at all — no scholarship or platform can fix that. A translation grant funds a full production pass into one language: curriculum, workbooks, subtitling and native-speaker review. Paid once, it then serves every leader in that language group indefinitely, which makes it the highest-leverage gift on this site.

Sponsor a Church Digital School
Give a small church a discipleship platform it could never buy.
For most churches discipleship stops in the parking lot: ninety minutes on Sunday, then nothing structured until the next Sunday. A sponsorship gives a beneficiary church a full digital school for a year — an AI-assisted course builder, progress tracking and certificates, and multilingual delivery — free to them. We purchase the licence from our partner W2G and grant it; the church never pays.

Sponsor AI Live Translation
Let a visitor follow the sermon in their own language, this Sunday.
A visitor who cannot follow the sermon usually does not come back, and the traditional fixes — human interpreters, headset systems — are out of reach for a congregation of a hundred people. This sponsorship covers 11 hours a month of AI live translation in 24+ languages. The preacher uses the microphone they already have; the visitor scans a QR code and listens on their own phone.

A note on the numbers
Every figure on these pages describes what a gift buys — an allocation. None of them is a claim about results we have already produced. Snowball Fund is in its first funding cycle and has no verified impact figures of its own yet; what we can point to is the record of the programs we fund, always attributed to them. When we have our own numbers, they go on the transparency page.
