What We Can Show You — and What We Cannot Yet
Snowball Fund is in its first funding cycle. That means we can show you the record of the programs we fund and the churches already using them, but we cannot yet show you outcomes we produced ourselves. This page keeps that line clear.
What we can honestly claim today
Plenty of young nonprofits fill this page with numbers that turn out, on inspection, to belong to somebody else. We would rather be useful than impressive, so here is the actual state of things.
- Results belonging to our partners are theirs, and we say so. Central Church reports having supported more than 15,000 churches through the DNA program. That is their record, built over years, and it is a reason we chose to fund distribution of their curriculum rather than write our own. It is not our achievement.
- The testimonies below are real, named and sourced. They come from pastors and ministry members using the live translation platform we sponsor, published by our partner W2G. They describe the tool, not gifts we made.
- We have no verified Snowball Fund impact statistics yet. No students graduated, churches reached, or languages unlocked — because publishing those before we can evidence them would be a lie, and a donor deciding where to give deserves better than that.

The official English introduction to DNA, the cell-church training program that two of our four projects fund access to. It covers how the seminars, published curriculum and long-term mentorship combine into a single transition path for a local church.
W2G Live — real-time translation for church services
Published by our program partner W2G at live.w2g.church.
How the live translation platform works in a service: the church streams from the microphone it already uses, the AI transcribes and translates the sermon as it is preached, and visitors scan a QR code to listen in their own language on their own phones.
How we will measure impact
Each project has one honest measure, and these are the ones we intend to report:
- Scholarships — leaders who completed the 12-month mentorship, not merely enrolled. Enrolment is easy to fund and easy to inflate; completion is the number that means something.
- Translation — courses fully translated and published, by language. Binary and verifiable.
- Digital schools — churches sponsored, and how many still had an active school twelve months later.
- Live translation — churches sponsored and hours actually used, which is a far better signal than hours purchased.
