What to write about
- Directing a gift to a specific church, region or language — the website checkout cannot do this, but we can.
- Changing or cancelling a recurring donation. There is no minimum commitment period.
- Applying as a beneficiary church. Tell us your church name, location, size and what you are trying to build.
- Documentation before a significant gift — including our EIN in writing. Our published material is on the transparency page.
- Corporate, church or foundation sponsorships.
Many questions are already answered on the FAQ page. This contact information also serves as the channel referenced in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, including reports of any violation.
What to expect when you write
Email reaches a person, not a ticketing queue. We are a small organisation, so a reply normally takes a couple of business days rather than minutes — if something is urgent, say so in the subject line and phone instead.
If you are a church asking to be considered
Tell us the size of your congregation, the languages your community actually speaks, and which of our four projects would remove your real bottleneck. Being specific about the obstacle helps far more than a general expression of interest, because our projects are narrow by design and the wrong one will not help you.
If you are a donor doing due diligence
Ask for whatever you need — the EIN in writing, the determination letter, or how a particular gift would be allocated. Most of it is already published on the transparency page, including a candid account of the financial reporting we have not yet been able to produce. We would rather answer an uncomfortable question than have you guess.
If you want to fund something we do not list
Say so. The four projects on the site are what we can accept through checkout, not the limit of what we will consider. Targeted gifts toward a specific language, region or church are arranged directly and confirmed in writing.
